With the Euro qualifier playoffs still to take place, the complete list of teams is not yet finalised. The group stage draw is due to take place on Saturday, December 2, which could also affect the odds. That said, the main favourites have already secured their spot in Germany, meaning the bookies have their UEFA Euro 2024 outright odds but these will of course be subject to change up to and throughout the tournament.
Not that some teams involved in the Euro play-offs do not have odds set yet as they are deemed outsiders to even qualify.

As you can see from the latest bookie odds, England and France are the favourites to win Euro 2024. England were finalists in 2021, losing on penalties to Italy, who are 16/1 to retain their crown. France remain one of Europe’s strongest nations and were runners up in the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.
Germany have won the Euros on three occasions and the hosts are third-favourites at odds of around 7/1 while Spain – also three-time champions – are 8/1. Scotland are the only other home nation to be sure of a place in Germany and Steve Clarke’s team are best-priced 80/1 to win the tournament. Wales are among the teams facing a play-off campaign, reflected in their odds as one of the big outsiders at 500/1.
Another popular Euro 2024 outright market currently available is the ‘to reach the final’ selection, which is a winner if your chosen team makes it to the final. It’s a bit like an each-way bet in horse racing and would have been a good choice for England backers at Euro 2020. Unsurprisingly, the list of favourites in this market looks very similar to the outright winners market, but with shorter odds.
