BetMVP is owned by Vivaro Limited, who are licensed and regulated by the Malta Gaming Authority, with an additional Gambling Commission license to operate in the UK. Their flagship site Vbet will be familiar to many punters and just like their sister sportsbook, BetMVP offers a combination of sports betting, slots and casino games.
They also have an extensive area of the site dedicated to responsible gambling, and pleasingly the link to access the safer gambling area of the site is right at the top of the page rather than hidden away at the bottom. However, only deposits made using a debit card or Trustly count as a qualifying deposit for this promotion.

At the time of writing we found 25 sports to wager on, including football, rugby, golf and tennis, USA big-hitters basketball, American football, ice hockey and NASCAR, along with less well-known sports such as hurling, lacrosse and bandy. However, notable omissions are horse racing and greyhound racing, which may well be an issue with many UK punters.
We all know that no sport can match football when it comes to punter popularity and we were really impressed with the number of matches available, which was over 1,000! And within each game we found at least 50 markets to pick from, with over 250 on offer for the more high-profile matches.
When it came to Esports, only Counter-Strike: GO, Dota 2, Call of Duty and League of Legends were available at the time of writing, and while these are certainly some of the most popular games worldwide, many of BetMVP’s rivals offer many more Esports markets.
Site Navigation
BetMVP’s layout is a familiar one as many sites these days use the same hosting platforms which all look the same to a certain degree but also allow a site to make the pages their own. The colour scheme is a nice one though, with predominantly gold writing on a black background.
On the sports markets section of the home page, you will be able to find the event you wish to wager on by clicking on the list icon on the left-hand side and then clicking through to the match you are interested in. Or if you know the specific team or individual you wish to bet on you can just type that into the search box, which is always a useful addition!
You can also change the way the site is laid out by clicking “Classic” or “Modern” above the bet slip, with the difference between the two being that the modern layout has a white background with more graphics and less information on screen at any time, while the classic has a more basic black background with more going on!
This is a great feature but our only issue is that it is very easy to miss with the button being hidden away above the bet slip. We reckon an option as strong as this should certainly be featured more prominently on the home page.
There are certainly pros and cons to both layouts with our preference being for the classic one, for reasons we outline in the “Place Bets” section of this BetMVP UK review, but it’s great to have the option of both and we would definitely encourage you to try them and see which is your favourite.
BetMVP Odds and Value
Very few sportsbooks can claim to offer, on average, substantially better odds across the board and when it comes to punter priorities, in our experience most do not select a sportsbook based on the quality of their prices. However, the rise of price comparison websites has meant that bettors can see how the prices at their chosen sportsbook stack up against many of their rivals, so it is important that a site’s odds be relatively competitive.
And when we did a spot check of ten markets across a range of sports, including a couple of Premier League games, US Masters golf and a high-profile rugby union encounter, we found the BetMVP odds to be pretty competitive. In addition, when it comes to the odds themselves you can choose whether they are presented in decimal, fractional, American, Hong Kong, Malay and Indo formats, so all bases are certainly covered!
Bet Limits
The minimum wager at BetMVP is £0.10, while the maximum bet varies depending on the price. After looking at a range of sports we discovered that the maximum win from any bet varied from wager to wager but was generally between the £2,000 & £7,000 mark, with the more well-known sports such as football tending to provide the best opportunities for bigger payouts.
In Play betting
Live betting is growing enormously in popularity as punters are wising up to the advantages of wagering when an event has started, given that so much more information is available to inform your betting choices.
BetMVP seems to be part of the new breed of in play offerings that not only provide a large number of sports and markets to wager on but extra features that we haven’t seen on many other sportsbooks. And that includes the option to create your own live “Multi View” in the centre of the screen with up to four live events, an option to filter events by country, as well as a handy calendar to see exactly what is coming up in the hours and days ahead.
And when it came to the sporting markets themselves, we found a good selection to bet on at all times of the day and night, with around 10 sports and 75 markets at quieter times, rising to around 15 and over 100 markets at peak hours.
Live Streaming
At the time of writing this BetMVP UK review, we found that live streaming is not an option. However, every sport that you can bet on in play had a graphic showing the latest score, and when it came to football there was a live animation showing events as they happened, along with key stats such as shots on target, bookings, corner kicks and even dangerous attacks.
Features
We firmly believe that what attracts customers to a new sportsbook is their welcome offer but what keeps them playing is the site features and perks that make you feel like you are being looked after. And BetMVP has a couple of nice features which are cash out and acca insurance.
Cash out is available on many of the markets at BetMVP, allowing punters to settle all or part of their wagers early. You just need to click on “My Bets” on the right-hand side of the home page and then if your bet is eligible you will see a green dollar sign next to it which is clickable.
Acca insurance means that if you place a football accumulator bet between £2 and £50 with six or more selections at odds of at least 3/5 (1.6 in decimal odds) and just one is a loser, your whole stake will be refunded as a free bet up to £25.
Customer Service
Even if you are an experienced punter, betting can be a complicated business with so many sports, markets and special offers to decipher, alongside a huge range of deposit and withdrawal options. So having any queries answered in a timely and accurate fashion is key.
BetMVP customers can contact the site 24/7 through a chat button at the bottom of the screen, or they can email if a question is less time-sensitive. When we tried to chat on five separate occasions we were always put through within 30 seconds and our questions were answered rapidly and to our satisfaction by real agents and not chatbots. So overall it’s a thumbs-up for BetMVP’s customer service!
How to Get Started at BetMVP

With no mobile app available the only way to sign up to BetMVP is by visiting their home page on your computer, mobile phone or tablet.

Step 3: Deposit Funds

Step 4: Place Bets
Once you click on a particular sport on the far left-hand side of the home page, the specific markets will appear underneath. Then you can just select the one you want and all the related matches will appear to the right, and then you just need to click on a match and the available markets will emerge to the right of that.
The real beauty of this layout is that all of these sections will remain in place, which makes going back and forth from match to match a real piece of cake. And placing a multiple bet was a real pleasure too as we could just click from match to match and market to market on the same page, rather than going back and forth.
Then you just need to click on the price of the outcome you wish to bet on and it will appear on the bet slip on the far right of the screen, which will stay permanently so you don’t have to keep clicking back on it. You can then add your stake and click “Place Bets”.
Step 5: Withdraw Winnings
If you want to withdraw your winnings just click on your balance at the top of the home page, click on “Withdraw” and then pick which payment method you wish to credit your withdrawal to, add the amount and click “Withdrawal”. The minimum withdrawal amount is £10 and the maximum is £1,500.
